Since I was a young boy growing up in the city of Amsterdam Bottisti, pizza has always been the go to for consistency and a great pizza. Since his dad started the business many years ago. Gary has kept the greatness of pizza going never changing always the same. Great delicious pizza.
My husband wanted the biggest circular pizza they had and this was what he got for roughly 30! Bacon and pepperoni for toppings... you can’t beat that price! What a deal! This place has the best pizza in town! Thanks Bottisti’s!
Grew up on this pizza in the 70s and 80s moved south and been all over the world. I think this is the best in the world bar none NYC and ROME included. The sausage is something else.
Bottistis has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. Their food is very good and the only place I go for pizza and sub sandwiches as they are number one in the area in my opinion.Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
This pizza is delicious. I ordered a pie with extra cheese, mushrooms, and sausage. Everything tasted fresh and the crust is thin and crisp, not doughy. I would definitely recommend this place for pizza. Can't wait to try other items on the menu. Speaking of menu, it's kind of difficult to find one online. However, if you go to their Facebook, you'll find some information on what they sell there. Also, orders will take approximately 35 to 45 minutes. They're busy at times. I don't blame them, it's that good.

I used to go to Bottisti's (Al's Pizza) in Colonie after playing baseball or basketball at Maywood School. After I got married and had kids it became a Saturday tradition. My son lives in Amsterdam now and whenever we visit we get pizza from Bottisti's. Brings back memories. Always great pizza, best in the area.
Incredible pizza, not greasey. Great tasting. The cheese stayed white because they used quality cheese.
